COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

Effective July 2026 · Tallest Peak

The Network works because members trust each other with real names, real deals and real introductions. These guidelines describe what that trust looks like day to day. They sit alongside, and do not replace, the Terms of Use.

Be who you say you are

Post and message as yourself. Represent your firm, stage and intent accurately. No sock puppets, no impersonation.

No cold outreach

Direct messages open only after the recipient accepts your request. Don't use the forum, intros, or contact directory as a funnel for unsolicited pitches, recruiting, or mass outreach.

Confidential stays confidential

Deal terms, pitch materials, and anything shared as confidential inside the Network stay inside the Network. Don't screenshot or forward member content externally without permission.

Disagree without being disagreeable

Sharp, candid discussion is welcome. Harassment, personal attacks, and discrimination are not. Report content that crosses the line rather than escalating in the thread.

New members: a light first-post check

Your first post is briefly held for a staff spam check if it's link-heavy. This is routine, not a judgment — it clears quickly and every post after is instant.

Staff moderation

Staff can remove content, restrict messaging, or suspend an account that breaks these guidelines. Reported content is reviewed by staff only, and every moderation action is logged.
